We've found the DigiTV Starter Kit CMS very easy to use, and the help and advice from the DigiTV Project Team have been excellent. Somerset County Council and our partner authorities (South Somerset District Council, Taunton Deane Borough Council, West Somerset District Council and Avon & Somerset Police) have been able to create high content, low maintenance sites which create a new, and very different, way of accessing our services.
